CarShots handles vehicle image merchandising so you don’t have to. It's the easiest and most cost-effective way to get vehicle images and even video, into your systems and out to all of your digital sales sites without all the extra stuff you don't need.

Here what it all means:

The Service: CarShots provides a CarShot representative (Pro) who will service your lot on a regular schedule, and who will provide photos and/or video of your vehicles, and input those photos into your existing online systems complete with matching VIN information, or as reasonably determined by inspection of the vehicle. CarShots can create overlays on your photo’s within your internal systems wherever possible, so that your dealer name and phone number are present on every photo. When indicated on a proposal, CarShots will also provide each vehicle with an appropriate Monroney sticker, Addendum sticker, and Buyers Guide sticker, complete with custom dealer marketing information on the sticker.

Vehicle Photos: For each car, your CarShots Pro will take a series of photos of the car’s exterior, then a series of photos of the car’s interior, usually 12 total images per vehicle unless previously agreed to a different amount. Interior and exterior photos are shot at specific angles and distances to best show each vehicle. Photos are matched to each vehicle by stock number and uploaded into your systems.

Vehicle Video: For each car, your CarShots Pro will take walk-around video of the car’s exterior, then footage of the car’s interior, as well as pre-determined items like the engine or other special features. The raw video is then submitted to your video service, or our own, for completion and upload into your systems. Third-party vendor charges may apply.

ShotClips: ShotClips refer to digital manipulation of a vehicle image such that the vehicle is removed from its original background and placed within a pre-determined image template of your choice. Great for showing-off a vehicle in front of a dealership or attractive backdrop that is not available to be included in the shot when the original photo was taken.

Window Stickers: CarShots will print vehicle identification and features (per VIN or reasonable inspection) onto standard Monroney window stickers and affix each vehicle with the appropriate sticker. Addendum stickers and Buyers Guide stickers are also affixed when applicable.

Dealer Notes: If part of the proposal, custom vehicle comments can be written into your system to make your inventory sound unique. Comments are professionally written and are available quickly. Your writer reviews photos, compares data, and writes a custom comment for each vehicle.
